We can discuss style, comfort, physical fit, and ensure the baby is carried to meet safety standards. I offer a small library for you to test drives various styles; babywearing has numerous health benefits for parents and baby.

I help carry the physical and mental load when it comes to nourishing your body. Based off the groceries you have available, I create dietitian-approved plates to help restore your body after birth while respecting your family’s dietary restrictions.
Packages start at $550 for two weeks of in-home care and daily text support. Please reach out for your personalized quote
Update: As my practice grows, so will the variety of services I offer.
Starting February 1, 2027 my rates will increase and my “Light” package will start at $675 for two weeks of in-home support. Any contracts signed before this date will be honored at my previous rate.
